All purchases are processed in the order that it was received and are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases are processed and shipped. If your order cannot be processed an email notification will be sent.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, Debit, Electronic checks and PayPal Funds via PayPal.com for on-line purchases. We also accept cashiers check and money orders.

Shipping and Returns Policy

All sales are FINAL and are not subject to return. Please ensure your order is correct prior to completing your purchase. If you receive an incorrect item, BetterBodyCosmetics, Inc. must receive the unopened unused merchandise within 5 business days from the date you received the order. Please include the packing slip with the return.

Note: Shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns.

Shipping Rates

All shipping rates are determined the United States Postal Service.

Purchases can be billed and shipped throughout the U.S., Puerto Rico, Guam, U. S. Territories, APO/FPO (unless restricted) Post Office Boxes and Canada.

An additional $10.95 will be adding to shipping charges for orders to Canada.

Note: All orders shipping to Canada are subject to applicable duties and taxes and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for details on how these charges are applied. Packages that are returned due to unpaid duties and taxes will be charged an additional shipping fee.

Summer Shipping

Some products have a low melting point. If shipped during warm weather, the product may melt. If melting at any time occurs, simply place the product in a cool place and it will harden up. The melting will not affect the quality of the product.

Sales Tax

For New York State residents 8.375% sales tax will automatically be added to your purchase.
